By accessing or using darkhorsefishing.com ("the Site"), creating an account, or purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Darkhorse Fishing is a freshwater fishing guide and AI-powered planning tool. The site includes free fishing content (species guides, lures, techniques, knots) and a Pro subscription that unlocks additional Strike Plan features and cloud storage. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@darkhorsefishing.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Darkhorse Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks the full 10-day DHR forecast calendar, deeper AI lure recommendations, and unlimited cloud-saved Strike Plans.

• Pricing — $2.99/month or $24.99/year (approximately $2.08/month), billed in advance.
• Billing — Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation — You may cancel at any time through the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
• Refunds — We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied. Renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, contact info@darkhorsefishing.com.
• Price changes — We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

The Darkhorse Strike Plan uses Google Gemini to generate fishing recommendations based on weather, solunar, and species data. AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of fishing success. Fish behavior is influenced by many factors beyond what any model can predict. Always apply your own local knowledge and judgment on the water.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from this site without written permission
• Use the Strike Plan or any API endpoints in a manner that places unreasonable load on our systems
• Share or resell Pro subscription access

All written content, data, design, code, and branding on Darkhorse Fishing are owned by Darkhorse Fishing and protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this site without prior written consent. Strike Plans generated for your account are for your personal use only.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Fishing conditions, weather data, and AI recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate. See our full Disclaimer for additional limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darkhorse Fishing and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to fishing violations, personal injury, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
